/460 Clear PU High Build Sealer

A high quality, clear polyurethane sealer displaying very fast cure and exceptional clarity. Its easy sanding and high build properties provides a superb base for VLi® /460 Clear Polyurethane Lacquers and VLi® /300 Clear Acrylic Polyurethane Lacquers.

• Pack sizes available: 5L
• Catalysis: 2 parts sealer : 1 part catalyst (by weight or volume)
• Pot Life: 3 hour @ 18°C
• Touch dry: 15 - 20 minutes @ 18°C
• Sandable: 25 - 30 minutes @ 18°C
• Recoatable: 30 - 60 minutes minimum @ 18°C
• Packing: Overnight
• Coverage: 40m² per 5 litres dependent upon the size, orientation and surface quality of the item being coated
• Typical finish: 2 coats of PU Sealer at 100g/m² per coat, followed by 2 coats any Morrells PU Lacquer at 100 – 130 g/m² per coat
